Use of Services

Black Tees provides access to a private, membership-based golf and performance club, including golf simulators, coworking spaces, fitness, recovery amenities, meetings, and member events.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the facility only for lawful purposes.

• Follow all posted rules, policies, and club guidelines.

• Respect fellow members, guests, and staff.

• Not interfere with the operation, safety, or security of the club.

• Maintain appropriate conduct while using the facility.

  
  

Membership & Access

Black Tees is a private, members-only environment.

• Membership approval is subject to review and may be denied or revoked at our discretion.

• Membership benefits, pricing, and policies may change without notice.

• Members are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and facility access.

• Sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership.

  
  

Facility Reservations

Members may reserve golf simulators, workspaces, conference rooms, and select amenities through the Black Tees reservation system.

Reservations are subject to availability.

Black Tees reserves the right to:

• Modify reservation policies.

• Cancel or reschedule bookings when necessary.

• Limit reservation frequency to ensure fair member access.

  
  

Meetings & Events

Private meetings, networking events, tournaments, and club gatherings may be hosted throughout the year.

Private event bookings:

• Are subject to approval.

• Require advance scheduling.

Golf Instruction & Performance Training

Golf instruction, coaching, fitness programming, and performance training may be provided through Black Tees or approved instructors.

By participating, you acknowledge:

• Participation is voluntary.

• Results are not guaranteed.

• You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate.

Health & Safety

Using the club involves physical activity and inherent risks.

By entering or using Black Tees, you acknowledge that:

• Physical activity may result in injury.

• You participate at your own risk.

• You are responsible for your own health and physical condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Tees shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in activities or use of the facility.

Autonomous Facility

Black Tees operates as a secure, partially or fully autonomous facility.

Members acknowledge that:

• Staff may not always be present during club hours.

• Members are responsible for their conduct while using the facility.

• Security cameras, access control systems, and monitoring technology may be used to protect members and the facility.

  
  

Payments & Billing

Membership fees and other charges must be paid according to the selected membership agreement.

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Late or failed payments may result in suspended access.

• Black Tees reserves the right to update pricing or membership offerings at any time.

  
  

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, photography, videos, and other materials associated with Black Tees are the property of Black Tees and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Tees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, memberships, or facilities.

Termination

Black Tees reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership or facility access at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions, club policies, or any conduct deemed harmful to the club or its members.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

Black Tees reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the website, memberships, or facilities after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
